Redrum Collaboration

Farewell Tour

We will be touring heavily starting in March 2012 and going through September. After this epicly HUGE tour we are hanging up our hats, kicking off our boots, and raising our glasses to the end of Redrum’s tour life.

“Why?” you may ask… and the answer is very simple: We bought a brand new car in 2009 right before our tour lives began. That car now has well over 100,000 miles on it and we still have 2 years of payments to make! Poor little Hubert Von Voom is going to die before we even pay him off if we keep going the way we have been! Thus, this will most certainly be, our very last tour.

This is not to say we will not be practicing the art of photography… we just won’t be doing it via a car and endless driving. We will mostly be staying close to our home base of Philadelphia. We will still be available for hire out of state but flight, hotel and travel fare will be a required fee for the client to pay.

This all being said, we are visiting many cities for very short periods of time during the 2012 tour and shoot space will be extremely limited.

Anonymous asked: y dont U guys add people on facebook? r U 2 good?

There are several reasons why we don’t add people we don’t know or our clients on our personal facebook accounts.

1.) We need something in our lives that is 100% personal. It’s extremely difficult to have private lives when we are always on the road and always surrounded by different people. Also, always being on the road, we need a place to keep track of life long friends and family… and to post personal things meant for only them to see.

2.) If clients added me on facebook no one would ever book us again due to hating me for posting so much 90’s chick rock to my wall. And I am pretty sure you’d all get sick of our ongoing 90’s #1 Jams War we have with my friends from Utah.

3.) We have a fan page. We use that for work and art related posts and we interact almost constantly with our clients, industry friends, and fan base through that page.

Here’s a link to that: https://www.facebook.com/redrumcollab

That all being said, we definitely don’t think we are “too good” for anyone. We just want to have some kind of private life outside of being “Redrum Collaboration.” We really enjoy just being Amanda and Justin sometimes… and our friends and family help us with that. :)

Thank you kindly for the question. Best regards!
